A golden tabby tiger was running amok in the devious animals zoo with the worst timing ever for it was in the middle of the day and visitors were shocked when they saw an escaped tiger passing by. He was followed by a furious hyena who was giving the tiger he was chasing names we rather don’t want to repeat. The other chaser was a white Siberian tiger who also seemed not amused but more like wanting to kill his prey.
Panic emerged among the visitors of the zoo but Emerald calmed them down by telling them they were trying to get the golden tabby tiger and not trying to eat any of the visitors, not that it calmed them much but at least the people stopped screaming.
At one point the chased tiger passed the grey wolf exhibit making one of the animals in there sigh.
   “Who were that?” asked the curious Mewi.
   “The one being chased was Iccolo, the white Siberian tiger was Vyse and the Hyena was Darkca. I wonder what Iccolo did this time,” Meje answered as she stood up, “I better go help Emerald.”
   “But… the people are already freaked out by three animals being out of their cages,” Mewi brought it.
   “Let’s just hope NS doesn’t take this as an opportunity to escape… Anyhow I’ll just cover my ears and tail, no big deal.”
The twenty one year old grey wolf grabbed a cap and placed it on her head to cover her ear. She wrapped her tail around her stomach and than stared at the result as well did Mewi.
   “I guess it’s a good thing you’re skinny, now they won’t think it’s a tail there,” she pointed out.
   “Shut up! I cannot help it I don’t gain weight!”
   “Put on some other clothes so they won’t see you as animal, Meje,” the younger timber wolf suggested.
Meje nodded and quickly changed inside. She then jumped over the fence of the exhibit and started to run into the direction Iccolo and his chasers had gone to. She arrived a little too late for Vyse was giving the golden tabby a high kick jump causing Iccolo to fall against the wall. The kick was followed by several punches of which a couple of landed in the wall, leaving holes behind, by Darkca. Emerald was trying to stop them but failed to do so. King and Mq were next to her, watching the scene. They had also been trying to stop the fight but only got injured and Emerald had told them to stop.
   “Enough!” Meje shouted, making Emerald look around.
   “Meje?” the zookeeper muttered, confused to see no animal ears or tail.
   “Lady boss,” Darkca said, looking puzzled since the girl was wearing normal clothes.
   “Let Iccolo go Vyse.”
   “But,” the white Siberian tiger objected.
Meje glared at the tiger and Vyse dropped Iccolo. In the mean time people had started to gather around for a fight apparently was fun to watch.
   “Ok people, nothing to see just continue what you were doing before coming over here. Emerald could you help me out?”
The still confused zookeeper nodded and together they brought Darkca and Vyse back to their exhibits and Iccolo was brought to a small cage they used to be in before the Zoo was created.

THE dA-ZOO STORY; THE POKING TIGER

   “Meje! Meje! What on earth happened to you?” Emerald panicked when she and Meje arrived at the staff lounge.
   “Nothing,” Meje grinned as she let her tail come out of her trousers and took of her cap.
Emerald blinked a few times out of surprise and then started laughing.
   “Sorry, I just had to do something. Things are getting out of hand lately and you’re still the only zookeeper,” the grey wolf told.
   “Yes, it’s okay. Thanks, you saved my butt.”
   “But we need to think of a good punishment for Iccolo. He’s starting to be really annoying,” Meje growled with some annoyance.
Emerald nodded and sat down on a chair and offered Meje one of Kushina’s cookies. The wolf got it with a smile, not only because she had a great love for cookies but also because cookies baked by Kushina were just the best and you good say you were chewing on a piece of heaven. Just when both girl got one bite of the cookie they had the door of the staff lounge was opened and a heavenly blushing Rokuro came inside. Both Emerald and Meje looked at the, what everyone thinks, fifteen year old (he doesn’t give away his age saying he forgot when he came here) with a questioning look which only made him blush more as he tried to explain something but only ended up as not understandable mumbling. Both girls raised their eyebrow.
   “It’s nothing!” the mechanic shouted frustrated but it had quite the opposite effect, which was probably because of his not disappearing blush.
Meje walked over to the boy and pushed him to a chair. Then she and Emerald stood in front of him.
   “Okay, what happened?” Emerald asked with a smirk which she couldn’t hide.
   “N-n-nothing…” Rokuro tried.
   “Roku!” both girl said.
   “FINE! I made Echo faint once again, happy now?!”
Meje and Emerald stared at the boy for several seconds before Meje opened her mouth.
   “What did you do?”
   “Not much actually. I was just fixing some of the fences that were broken by the hunters that attacked us in the middle of the night…”
   “WHAT?!” Emerald shouted.
   “Calm down,” Meje sweatdropped, “No-one died.”
   “Echo almost did! And it is my fault!” Rokuro shouted.
   “It is not, Roku. Those hunters shouldn’t have climbed over the walls and attack us. Steve already went to town to claim money for the things they broke and make sure they won’t do that again. Besides, I heard it was because of you Echo is still alive.”
   “M-maybe…” the young mechanic muttered as a blush covered his face again.
Meje and Emerald looked at each other already understanding what was going on.
   “Well I better go. Gotta tell everyone to come to the big field behind the cafeteria tonight so we can find a way to punish Icco,” Meje laughed and left.
    “What did Iccolo do this time?”
    “What else can it be than poking everyone so much that they got annoyed,” Emerald sighed and bit on her cookie again.

When the evening was falling and the devious animals were fed and the visitors of the Zoo had left it started to get crowded at the open field. However still a few were missing and one of them was Iccolo, the one that would receive his punishment for ‘tormenting’ people with poking for around a month now.
   “Silence,” Emerald said, raising her voice so everyone would hear her.
The devious animals calmed down and it was then Iccolo was brought in by Drenic who tied him to the only tree in the open field. He then walked back and joined his girlfriend Meje.
   “Did you do something like this before, Meje?”  Chans asked.
Chans arrived three days ago and was the new polar wolf. She was a friend from Meje from the world they came from, the world where none of them had these animal ears and tail.
   “Nope,” Meje grinned, “But that makes it even more fun.”
The grey wolf that was referred to as boss by most walked forward, but not without feeling a little awkward, after all she didn’t like to be the one to get all the attention. After a deep breath she started.
   “Animals please tell me what this golden tabby tiger did to you, one at a time.”
   “He keep on attacking me in the middle of the night!” Vyse started as he clenched his fist.
   “He pokes all the time no matter how many times I tell him to stop! I even punched him through wall but he just doesn’t listen,” Darkca brought in with annoyance, not liking being in the crowd.
   “Because of him I keep on fixing things instead of building the new exhibits!” Rokuro started which brought a lot of complaining by others about wanting to get their own place.
Meje waited until everyone went silent, which took a while.
   “Great… everyone hates me,” Iccolo muttered.
   “Do you find it strange? It’s a good thing Meje warned me about you being an obsessive poking person so that I stay away from you,” Chans said giving him a look as she crossed her arms.
There was many agreeing nodding.
   “So what will my punishment be?” Iccolo asked carefully.
   “Kill him!” Vyse shouted, an expected reply since he was Iccolo’s number one enemy.
   “You know that is not allowed in the Zoo,” Meje told the white tiger giving him a glare since she kept on telling him.
   “Throw bones at him!” King said with a sinister smile on his face, scaring his owner Mina, a darwin fox, enough to back away a little.
   “Don’t you think that might kill him too,” Emerald sweatdropped as she looked at King.
The German shepherd shrugged.
   “I say torture him,” MC grinned.
   “How?” Spidy asked her with a questioning look.
   “Let him be naked in front of everyone,” Sebo suggested.
   “Urgh, please no. I already saw him running around naked, I don’t want to see him naked again. There is only one person I w-… uhm never mind,” Meje said blushing at the end.
    “Let him wet his pants” Kyugima said giggling, “that would be humiliating.”
    “How about the torture part?” MC asked her.
   “Isn’t it torture enough to wet your pants in front of everyone?” NS asked laying in the grass thinking about another escape attempt.
   “No, that isn’t torture enough but it did bring me on an idea.”
Drenic looked at his girlfriend already recognizing the expression and knowing she was up to no good… well sort of, she had an ‘evil’ plan that was for sure. His girlfriend turned to the vampire bat in the tree close to the cafeteria.
   “Hiru could you get some buckets? They’re next to the house with all the food.”
   “No problem,” the bat replied and flew of only to appear a couple of minutes later with the 3 buckets.
   “Now they need to be filled with water.”
   “I will,” Kushina said as she walked over to Hiru.
Hiru handed over to buckets with a small blush but smiled. The red panda ran to the sink in the bathroom and came back with one bucket filled with water. She received help from her with the last two. The buckets were placed in front of Iccolo who looked down in fear since he had his disgust for water, he was a cat after all. He would even scream he was drowning if he was only standing in a puddle of rain water.
   “You’re gonna throw that over me,” he asked with a little fear.
   “Far more worse,” Meje grinned, “You’re gonna drink it all.”
   “Eh?!” came from several sides, including the golden tabby tiger.
   “Let me explain the plan,” Meje grinned, “Each of you will get the opportunity to make him drink one glass of water. However we all know what happens when you drink a lot of water in small amount of time.”
   “Uhm… you have to go to the bathroom,” Lead said not understanding.
   “Exactly, however Iccolo will stay tied to this tree for exactly one hour. If he hasn’t wet his pants by then we free him and he is allowed to got to the bathroom.”
   “WHAT?!” Iccolo shouted in shock, “B-b-but Meje…”
   “It’s your own fault and if you start whining about it I will let people allowed to tickle you.”
   “I thought he could withstand tickling,” Vyse said.
   “Yes, but he has one weak spot, his left foot,” Mq giggled.
   “You’re agreeing with this?” the golden tabby said in shock as he looked over to his pet Mq who nodded with a cute smile on her face making him not able to shout at her in frustration.
   “Now let’s start, shall we. Line up everyone,” Meje said and turned around when Emerald tabbed her on the shoulder.
The zookeeper handed over two glasses. Meje got one with a smile and filled it in the bucket. She then made the annoying poking tiger drink it. Emerald followed and Iccolo was already hating this plan. When it was Vyse’s his turn he grinned loving to see his rival suffer. King had somewhat the same reaction as had Darkca. Soon Iccolo was already trying to avoid drinking all of it as he moved a little, but Meje watched it closely and if he let most of the water go outside his mouth the one that was making him drink had to give him another glass of water. When the drinking part was finished Iccolo started trying to free himself.
   “Meje please… I’m sorry so let me go now.”
   “Nope,” Meje only replied with a grin.
She checked the ropes so the tiger couldn’t escape.
   “Okay the hour starts now.”
   “What?! It didn’t start at the moment I started drinking all that water?!” Iccolo freaked.
   “Nope,” was the reply once again as the girl walked over to her boyfriend who was sitting on the grass somewhat further ahead.
There she sat down next to him as he grinned at her. All around the devious animals had sat down in the grass, waiting for it to happen which made Iccolo feel uncomfortable in many levels. Echo had found her way to Rokuro who kept some distance between the two, afraid she might faint again. Spidy companied MC who was leaning against a tree and agreed with his arm around her shoulder. Chans had started teacher Sebo, Kyugima, Kushina, Emerald and Mina how to play poker, her favourite card game.
Every now and then Iccolo would beg for being freed.
   “Let me go, I really need to go. I can’t hold it for much longer,” he begged as he moved the bit he could.
   “How far is he already?” Drenic asked his girlfriend.
   “About 35 minutes.”
   “Wow, he does it better than I expected,” Mewi said, “But he won’t make it.”
   “What makes you think so?” Bethany asked, sitting close by.
   “He’s dancing too much and look at his face. He looks panicked, he’s saying the truth with not being able to hold it much longer,” Mewi explained.
Other seemed to have noticed it as well and all turned their attention to the golden tabby tiger tied to the tree. This made him feel very uncomfortable as he once again tried to get free but failed to do so.
   “Shall we scare him?” Darkca suggested.
   “Nah, that won’t be necessary,” Meje grinned.
   “See I told you he wouldn’t be able to hold it much longer,” Mewi laughed.
Mew had indeed been true because Iccolo gave up at struggling and looked down too see he was too late.
   “Victory… but only for a short moment,” Vyse said.
   “Yeah,” Rokuro sighed.
   “Well at least I know his weakness now, tickling his left foot,” Vyse laughed.
Meje walked over to Iccolo.
   “I hope you learned your lesson now.”
The golden tabby tiger didn’t reply.
   “I’ll free you now,” Meje sweatdropped as she saw his face and cut the ropes, “There you’re free to go now.”
   “I rather stand here for a little longer,” the tiger boy muttered.
   “Uhm why?”
   “Because I’m not done yet…”
   “Oh… uhm okay… see ya.”

Later on that night Iccolo was sulking on the hill in his exhibit when Mq walked over to him.
   “Icco… are you alright?”
   “I cannot believe you choose their side,” the tiger replied making the dog girl sweatdrop.
   “But you didn’t stop no matter how many times I asked you.”
Iccolo grumbled something when Meje came over to him.
    “He became mister sulk I see,” she grinned a little.
    “Weren’t we a bit too mean?” Mq asked her.
    “Meh, not really. But Iccolo, you should do something else instead of poking people. It’s really annoying.”
Iccolo looked up and then suddenly glomped Mq, surprising both Mq and Meje who jumped away.
    “Then I’ll glomp or hug everyone instead,” he commented happily.
    “Uhm…” came out of the mouth of Meje who had no idea what to think of that.
However she was then the victim of getting hugged making her eyes widen. But what the golden tabby tiger hadn’t noticed was the red fox who had been searching for his girlfriend and saw her being hugged by the golden tabby tiger. He quickly ran over to the scene and grabbed the tiger by his tail, pulling him away from his girlfriend.
    “Iccolo,” Drenic said with a dangerous voice.
    “Uhm… nya?”
And once again the golden tabby tiger was being chased however this time for another reason.
