This is the sequel of the dA-ZOO story based on the club I own (the-dA-ZOO). Characters used in it are dA users and joined the club.





A figure was walking through the forest. It was dark, around midnight and he had no idea where he was or how he came here. He remembers falling asleep at home but when he woke up, because of the harsh wind, he had found himself in the forest he was walking in now. He was searching for something or someone that could tell him where he was. However his vision became worse when it started to rain.
Running through mud and puddles he came upon a high wall and decided to follow it to see if there was a gate or opening that would bring him to some other people. However it was a meeting he hadn’t expected for a person ran into him making both fall and a net was thrown over them.
   “How many times do I need to tell you NS, it’s safer in the Zoo so stop trying to escape!” a voice shouted through the hard blowing wind. The figure barely managed to hear it.
   “But I want to go home Emerald! Don’t you?!”
   “Of course, but we need to figure out how right, so stop trying to escape especially in this weather!”
   “Fine whatever, anyhow what am I laying on. Ack it’s moving!”
   “Sorry, didn’t mean to scare you there,” the one on the ground said.
   “Who are you?”
   “Spidy, could you tell me where I am? I more or less don’t really know how I got here and…”
   “Another one?” Emerald asked.
   “Another what?” Spidy asked confused as NS got of him and he stood up. He was covered in mud and was shivering because of the rain drenching him and the wind blowing harshly.
   “Let’s get inside first!” Emerald shouted so the other two could hear it.
Spidy followed Emerald and NS, he was kind of forced to since the net was still over him. When inside NS shook herself dry, well tried to but couldn’t get rid of all the water of course, after Emerald got the net of her and Spidy. Now seeing NS properly Spidy jumped back in shock after spotting the tiger ears and the tail.
   “What the…?” he muttered as Emerald studied him.
   “Wait, you don’t have ears and a tail so…”
   “Why would I have animal ears and a tail?” Spidy freaked.
At this point the door was opened and another devious animal came inside, she had overheard the conversation.
   “Because most of us do,” she said closing the door behind her.
   “M-Meje?” Spidy muttered stunned to find his friend her, not to forget with grey wolf ears and a grey with white tail.
   “Heya little brother,” she smiled to him.
   “He’s your brother?” both Emerald and NS exclaimed.
   “Not completely, just internet bro,” the wolf laughed, “good to see you Spidy. It seems like you’re luckier than us by not ending up with the tail and ears.”
   “Could you explain to me what is going on?” Spidy said at a loss, not following all this at all.
   “Sure, but first of,” the girl turned to the zookeeper, “Emerald due to the heavy rain most roofs are leaking. We brought everyone here in the cafeteria for the night. Could you inform Steve about it?”
Emerald nodded as she left to get some towels and inform Steve.
   “Anyhow, Spidy, we don’t exactly know what is going on. That’s what we’re all trying to figure out. In the mean time we just stay in this Zoo so we’re safe. However some of us seem to still wanting to escape.”
Meje threw NS a look who sweatdropped.
   “Well, sorry for trying, but I’m getting crazy in this Zoo and I want to go home,” NS commented.
   “Don’t we all?”
   “True enough.”
Emerald came back with the towels and gave one to Spidy who accepted it gladly. He dried his hair and got rid of his wet shirt while the door got opened once again. This time a white Siberian tiger appeared.
   “Meje, could you tell Iccolo to lay off before I use the table to hit him,” came from an annoyed MC.
   “I say use the table,” Meje said annoyed just because of Iccolo being in the poking mood again. However she then gave the white Siberian tiger a confused look as well as Emerald and NS for MC was starring at the other, shocked and blushing, figure in the room. After a few seconds of staring she turned around and left.
   “Uhm what was that about?” NS wanted to know.
Meje started to giggle as Spidy quickly grabbed a dry shirt from a shelve there and rushed over to the door MC just left through.
   “Oh my,” Meje laughed when she saw him leave. She decided to follow him and found a squashed Iccolo in the other room, MC had decided to throw the table on him. Mq, the new arrived English springer Spaniel had kneeled down beside him and poked the boy in his cheek.
   “Iccolo, how many lives did you loose by now?” the pet asked. Iccolo merely made an ‘Urgh’ sound.
Spidy looked around if he could find MC as Meje sweatdropped.
   “He never learns, does he?” NS snorted as she looked at the golden tabby tiger under the upside down table.
   “Yup, just like you,” Meje replied.

dA-ZOO PRESENTS:

THE dA-ZOO STORY; ENTER! THE CRAZYNESS

It was the next day and the sky was clear, the sun was burning as if it hadn’t rained at all last night. It was evening and the Zoo just closed. A certain grey wolf had been strolling over the paths of the Zoo on her way to visit someone. However in front of the exhibit of this animal she stopped and found Emerald with papers in her hand. She dropped one every now and then and when picking them up more dropped on the ground making the girl get frustrated.
   “Emerald?” Meje said as she looked into the habit of the red foxes.
   “Yes, what is it?” the young zookeeper asked with a smile as she was sorting out which animals she had to feed next. She already was running late.
   “What did you feed Drenic?”
   “Uhm… w-well since we’re more or less out of food I went to KFC to pick up some food for some of the animals. He went for the Boneless Banquet.”
   “Wait that’s with the fries, popcorn chicken, mini breast fillets and a drink, right?”
   “Yes…”
   “What drink did you give him?” Meje said with serious face as she looked at Emerald who was not following this or understanding what the problem could be.
   “Uhm Pepsi large?”
   “You didn’t give him the diet one?!” Meje freaked a little.
   “No, why should I?”
At this point Drenic jumped over the walls as if he were tigger and ran happily laughing between them and the wall of his exhibit. After doing this for five times he ran circles around Meje, trying to jump on her however she managed to escape. This was stopped when King suddenly appeared, running after Iccolo for this golden tabby tiger had stolen one of the German shepherd’s bones. “Mustchaseafterthem,” the red fox said so quick Emerald and Meje needed time to figure out what it meant, but were soon showed when Drenic set of dashing after Iccolo and King.
   “Don’t EVER give him a large Pepsi again, give him diet, you got me?” Meje said with a dangerous tone to Emerald who was still in a daze about what just had happened.
   “Uhm… he get’s hyperactive from too much sugar?”
   “YES!”

Somewhat further ahead Iccolo had climbed into a tree having King barking at him.
   “Give me my bone back!” King shouted towards the tiger in the tree while Drenic had set of again.
   “I just want a bone for Mq,” Iccolo whined.
Then a girl appeared giving the tiger a stern look.
   “Don’t steal bones of others to get me pleased!” she growled towards her owner.

NS was sulking about her failed escape from yesterday when suddenly a flash of red passed by. Curious about what this could be she followed it. The figure stopped when he found a cookie on the ground, dropped by Kushina.
   “OI, that’s my cookie! I was on my way to Hiru to let him taste them,” the red panda said angrily. However Drenic didn’t care and ate the cookie anyway. He was then grabbed by his collar by NS.
   “I’ll take care of him Kushina,” NS smiled to Kushina who nodded and hurried over to the vampire bat house. NS dragged Drenic along who saw this as a game and didn’t even try to escape. They stopped close to the gate.
   “You,” NS said as she pointed over to the red fox, “go play with Steve, he needs someone to play with.”
   “Ohoplayplayplayyayz!” Drenic said quickly and rushed over to Steve who was counting the money of that day inside the little house near the gate.
   “Playplayplay!” Drenice cheered as he ran around Steve’s chair. He then jumped over the man multiple times making Steve fall together with the chair.
   “Hey, stop that!” Steve tried but Drenic kept on going.
Bethany, the Cypriot mouse, had spotted what was going on as well as NS tiptoeing through the gate. She rushed over to the grey wolf exhibit.
   “Meje! Your boyfriend is helping NS to escape!”
Meje looked up with shock.
   “What?! No way… that must be because he’s still hyper. He’s not thinking straight…”
Meje jumped up and followed Bethany to the gate, grabbing Emerald by her arm on the way which made the zookeeper drop everything she had in her hands.
   “What’s going on?” she asked confused.
   “NS never learns,” Bethany explained and just that was enough said to make Emerald understand the situation.
Arriving at the gate Meje went over to Steve and her boyfriend. As soon Drenic spotted his girlfriend he stopped trying to play with Steve and glomped her instead, making the girl fall on wooden floor in the little house. Steve had become dizzy from all the turning around but was glad Drenic was no longer jumping over him or running around him while having a part his clothing in his mouth.

Outside Emerald and Bethany were chasing NS who was further ahead. Emerald then got an idea.
   “Bethany, try to lure her back into the Zoo,” she told the mouse beside her.
   “What?!”
   “NS likes to chase mice you are one so…”
   “I know THAT! She already chases me 5 times a week! ... Fine!”
Emerald smiled relieved the mouse girl agreed with the plan.
   “NS, look who’s here!” the zookeeper shouted to the tiger. NS looked over her shoulder and upon seeing the mouse there she directly turned around and ran over to it.
   “SQUEAK!” Bethany exclaimed and ran for it. Soon they were back inside the Zoo and Emerald closed the gate.
   “What the…?! OI open that gate! You tricked me!”
   “And you tricked Drenic, back to your cage before I ask Steve to put you on a leash,” Emerald replied angrily as she pointed into the direction of the Bengal tigers. Defeated the girl left as Emerald turned to look at Bathany who was shivering in fear and panting.
   “I don’t like it when she chases me,” the mouse girl cried.

Later on the evening MC was walking to the exhibit of her wolf friend Meje. She was surprised to see an annoyed look on her face while her boyfriend was licking her cheek.
   “Uhm… why are you looking so annoyed?” asked the Siberian white tiger as she sat down in front of the wolf and fox.
   “Emerald gave him a pepsi large and NOT the diet one so now he’s hyper active and NS tried to use him to escape,” Meje answered sighing and let her head hung.
MC snorted a little as she saw Drenic now curling up on Meje’s lap wagging his tail out of happiness.
   “Anyhow… have you seen Spidy?” MC asked carefully. Meje gave the girl a look.
   “So after you walked away you didn’t talk to him again?”
   “Not really, but do you know where he is?”
   “I heard he went to Steve to talk about a job, he told me he was thinking about being a tour guide.”
   “So… he’s staying here as well?”
Meje nodded grinning a little but then got suddenly red when Drenic started chewing softly on her ear making MC giving the two a weird look. Meje pushed Drenic away heavily blushing.
   “Ow, why are you pushing me away?” he pouted.
He seemed to be rather calm now.
   “Sugar drug over now?” Meje asked carefully.
   “Yes… sorry about it.”
Meje looked away, “Just get the diet one or a smaller one next time.”
   “Hm-m,” Drenic purred as he licked her cheek.

MC had enough of looking at this and left to search for Spidy, however she had no idea where to search. After walking around the whole zoo she gave up and went on her way to her exhibit where, of course it’s always like that, she found him searching for her. Yet he looked different than the last time she saw him for he now was dressed in a dA-ZOO tour guide outfit; basically just a red cap with ‘tour’ on it and a red jacket.
MC stopped walking and looked at him. At some point Spidy looked over to her, smiled and walked over to her.
   “Hey,” he simply said.
   “Hey… so you’re the tour guide now?”
   “Yup, like it? I didn’t want to leave because… well you’re here and such. Besides everyone here seems to somehow come to this weird world,” Spidy said somewhat uncomfortable, “I have to start tomorrow.”
   “Good luck, hope you can keep the people calm when NS tries one of her in vane escape attempts,” MC laughed.
Spidy grinned as the two walked together. They passed Meje’s exhibit. Spidy stopped and looked at them with a sheepish look.
   “Are they always like that?”
   “Uhm yes… well mostly,” MC sweatdropped.
Spidy laughed because of her face but then looked around and saw Emerald approaching with a wolf girl.
   “Good evening Spidy, MC,” the zookeeper greeted with a broad smile.
   “Hello,” the timber wolf girl said, “I’m Mewi. Nice to meet you.”
   “This will be your exhibit, Mewi,” Emerald said as she pointed in the direction of Meje and Drenic.
   “Why is there a red Fox in there? OH KISSING ANIMALS!” Mewi called out.
Emerald sweatdropped, “Well it’s getting late, you should go to bed, Mewi. You too MC.”
   “And who are you to tell me to go to bed? I might be a devious animal and you a zookeeper I’m still older than you. I go to bed when I want to,” MC said on a dangerous tone, making Emerald getting scared.
Mewi, oblivious to what was happening behind her, jumped over the wall and landed on the soft soil of her new home. She ran over to Meje and Drenic.
   “HEEEEEELLOOOOO!” she shouted cheerful, making the two finally break up.
Confused and surprised the two looked at the grey and purple furred girl.
   “I’m Mewi, the new grey wolf here.”
   “Oh! Exhibit mate!” Meje yelled cheerful and jumped up in joy, “I’m Meje and this is my boyfriend Drenic.”
   “But… he’s a red fox…” Mewi commented puzzled.
   “Yeah well… that’s okay with me,” Meje grinned sweatdropping.
   “Besides those two over there are ‘together’ too,” Drenic snorted as he pointed over to Spidy and MC.
   “I wonder how things are going between those two,” Meje asked herself as she put up a thoughtful look and crossed her arms.
In the mean time Emerald had entered the exhibit as well.
   “Drenic, it’s late, go to your own place.”
   “EH?! NO WAY!”
   “Yes way!”
Drenic clung to a tree but Emerald grabbed him by his tail, knowing it was his weak spot, making him letting go of the tree in shock. He was then dragged by his tail.
   “Let me go!” the red fox sobbed as he buried his fingers into the ground in an attempt of staying, it was no use though.
Meje sweat dropped at the scene and turned to Mewi.
   “I’ll show you our beds and place to go to when we’re not in the mood being watched by stupid people.”
   “Stupid? Why?” Mewi asked as she followed the older timber wolf.
   “They tried to kill us when we came here.”
   “Oh? But that didn’t happen with me. They said they knew a home for me and then brought me here.”
   “Yeah, since the Zoo opened things out there are better. It’s a good thing, that way everyone will be safe. However NS still doesn’t seem to understand it’s still safer to stay between these walls of the zoo,” Meje grumbled at the end.

   “You really don’t have to walk with me. We’re completely safe between the zoo walls.”
   “I know, I just wanted to,” Spidy said to the girl walking next to MC.
Soon they arrived at the girl’s exhibit and they had to say.
   “Well… see you tomorrow.”
MC nodded, “Good luck on your first day.”
Spidy smiled at her but at the moment he wanted to say something she licked his cheek and then went inside the little house with her bed and other stuff.
Spidy stood frozen solid as he stared at the closed door.
